There's an element of truth to this, but the science illiterate dumb cunts don't know when, how or why. The moon is already tidally locked to the Earth. The same will eventually happen to the Earth with respect to the Sun, but long after we're gone. Even if humans were to last the entire billion year forecast that this planet can host what we call organic life, humans will never see a 16 hour day.
