It's every bit as preposterous as the un-evidenced claims forwarded by any religion. Hallucinations are not a source of evidence, nor are hearsay manuscripts from the bronze age.

You do know it's also an inherently religious group who whole-heartedly believes that they are doing Allah's will, and that you are an infidel who believes in the wrong god and deserves to die, right? Neither of you has evidence of your claims; the only real difference is that they're violent, and I presume you're not. Your fallacious beliefs aren't more valid just because you don't use them for terrorism.
And you're absolutely right, they are manipulated by man and not god...just like every other religious person. There is no god. It's all man's influence wearing a very expensive mask.
