Archaically speaking no difference was made with subordinate gods(angels) and evil gods(demons or Satan). So Satan is indeed as much of a god as anything else in the Bible. We of course just have better labels to describe such gods now.
Heck, the Bible told a whole herd of folks that they were gods.  So maybe we are gods too.
