What sexuality? Calling asexualism a sexuality is like calling atheism a religion. And mentioning that some asexuals do have sex anyway is like mentioning that some atheists practice religion anyway - it's only because others do it. It's peer pressure. It might be idiotic to have sex and so it's a redundant kind of pressure - I might argue.
I'm not saying they're more rational by choice, I think, retrospectively, they seem to be the more rational beings overall.
Ah, but see, it's only our main means of reproduction, not necessarily the only means, and I, for one, do see it going away entirely, as we evolve technologically and medicinally.
Also, seeing how we face the problems I mentioned in my previous post, I hint at the way we will, gradually, lose interest in sex precisely because we will have to, in order to survive as a species. I'm not saying one day everyone will just stop having sex, without any other means of reproduction, that's silly! I'm rather making guesses about the future, and I think they're good ones, given what we know so far.
