I worked under a Jewish manager (whose Jewish family owned the store) back in 2013. He was a really cool guy though. To be honest we were always too busy to get into any philosophical discussions about religion, but he didn't seem like the type to force his opinions down on you.
Although one day he got on my nerves. In real life I'm not one of those gays who walks into every situation giving very much Julian Clary Ts, not hiding it, but not putting on a show for you. I actually tend to wait until something gay-themed comes up in conversation to talk about it, or until people ask. Therefore I don't appreciate being asked "Did you meet any nice hot guys last night?" in a camp voice in front of the pre-dominantly Muslim clientele thanks. And then he proceeded to wonder why I gave him a "wtf" look and questioned me about it, again in front of the customers.

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie
