No, SD beaches are great. My first experience of one was when I was 14 and my family was on vacation, visiting former neighbors. Let's just say that my adolescent self was stunned to discover that there really were women who looked like the bombshells I had seen in films and magazines -- quite the revelation for a boy from North Dakota farm country, where the cows aren't all housed in barns. I didn't get into the water much that day for fear of getting up and drawing attention to my near-constant erection. Ah, southern California!
