FYI, I believe this report might be linked to a documentary that aired here in the UK about children with GID. I can't be sure but I'd be willing to bet the DM have taken something out of context and twist it into a story about two lesbians forcing their child to be a girl.
That's why I was saying to go beyond this thread and do more research because there really is quite a bit out there.
