Do you guys believe that Mohammad, Cleopatra, Aristotle were real people?
Aristotle? Absolutely. He was a prolific writer who greatly influenced other philosophers. We only have one real biography and that's written several hundred years later Diogenes Laertius in his work Lives of Eminent Philosophers 225-250 AD. But Laetius references the contemparary works he relied on.
Cleopatra? Which one? There are a bunch, all well sourced in Egypt. The one I think you mean who gets tangled up with Caesar and Anthony is well sourced in Rome and Egypt. No doubt she existed.
Mohammad? He's even harder to source than Jesus. Probably was a real person, but there's not much to go on.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
