I wanted to wait awhile before bumping this thread since its such a downer lol, but I just wanted to thank everyone for your kind words and for sharing your stories. You guys are the best. Dealing with this as an atheist, it's nice to have a place like this with people like you, where I can express how I feel without people wondering why I haven't appealed to a higher power or a "better place".
