No, usually they don't if they don't believe in a god in the first place. God was created in man's (and I mean man) image and men (and I mean men) were responsible for all of the above. So the questions are moot at a very fundamental level. Other than that god's fan club can get kind of cruel and bothersome.
Most of these objections have been mentioned by one or more members of this forum during the two months I have been a member, so yes, I think that atheists have reasons why they first began to doubt and/or why they currently believe that God does not exist.
