Reality is the state or quality of being real; actual being or existence of anything, in distinction from mere appearance; fact.
Truth is that which is true or certain concerning any matter or subject, or generally on all subjects; real state of things; fact; verity; reality.

Now i am not surprised you say you don't know truth or what is real because you deny the very being that has made reality. God is the truth and when you submit to him you can begin to account for reality and truth but with out him your thinking becomes absurd.
