It's the old line about how people who dress provocatively deserve what they get. In my opinion I don't care if she's walking nude, it doesn't give someone justification to rape her. Dressing nice is often a way to attract attention, whether it's from the same sex or from the opposite sex, and that's ok by me. People should also show restraint because presumably they are civilized people living in a civilized area. I wonder how many times people in nudist colonies get raped by other nudists.
