My brother is pissing me off.  He's in my bed right now..my wife is sleeping next to me here on the floor(the floor!)...and I'm considering aborting him in his sleep, a quarter of a century after the fact.  That's real late term.

I've been there. And I'm about as non-confrontational and easy to 'guilt' as anyone, but after two years, I kicked him out. You're not doing him any favors in the long run by letting him sponge off you.
