This is new to me. Apparently we live under a negative electricity blanket--grounded. The positive electricity is in the sky above and you can't reach it(unless your flying) even from the tallest mountain. The positive atmospheric electricity increases with altitude to say, 400 meters = 140 volts(?).
This actually explains a lot to me. It explains how a bee in beeline flight doesn't smack into a building. It's just bouncing off the negative blanket up and over.
