Multiracism not Multiculturalism?

I found this talk interesting. I agree with parts of it... I'd like you to watch it and comment.
The crux is that we should embrace multi-racism but not necessarily multi-culturalism.
simple logic: We can accept/embrace all races, but not all cultures can/will embrace any/all other cultures.
Truthfully, as an Aussie, I've always though of the US as a country which is the definition of a multiracial country.
Half you guys have surnames I can't pronounce or spell, but you all see and acknowledge each other as Americans who are proud to be American.
Why then so much "racism" towards blacks? Are they not Americans? I really find it an irony for racist rednecks called eg: Kowalski to treat a "Floyd" or a "Washington" as a second grade citizen? Is a not insignificant portion of proud Americans that shallow and uncivilized as tribalistic as any human being can be that the world really is only black or white to them?
I find that as a serious double standard. Just as much as your religious double standards. eg: will Christians of all color unite against a muslim threat?
I wonder which ideology cuts deeper?
Racist bigotry
Religious bigotry
Wealth status
Maybe all 3 of these "logical" layers are tribal to some degree and can never be removed
Maybe the only answer/compromise is to balance all 3, and not strive to eliminate them?
