Google "Pan Am Flight 103" and get back to us.
Oh I have read all about that. All about Libya's past and present. That is why I came up with these questions. Everything does not add up.
Want to talk about shooting down civilians.....
On 3 July 1988, Vincennes, under the command of Captain Will Rogers III, fired two radar-guided missiles and shot down an Iran Air Airbus A300 civilian airliner over the Strait of Hormuz, killing all 290 passengers and crew on board. According to Captain Rogers, there had earlier been an attack on the Vincennes by Iranian motor boats. Crucially, the Vincennes then misidentified the Iranian Airbus as an attacking F-14 Tomcat fighter.
Here is a nice coup of Gaddafi's "friend" helped by the US(Possible), but didn't last long.
