Looking more closely at OCD, which is more anxiety based...eh. The people in that pop science article specifically note that they can't tie in those "worries" into real, clinical OCD per se (and they certainly say nothing like what Epi did), so I don't really have much to talk about here, nor do I know about the exact nature of any given link between OC behavior and religion.
