This reminds me of an experiment we did in elementary school. We set out different colors of construction paper on a sidewalk, took a magnifying glass to them, and timed how long it took for them to start catching fire. Which, admittedly is kind of an odd thing to do with 5th graders, but hey, it was in Arkansas and we were setting things on fire. The darker colors caught first, surprise, surprise.
This is just a horrible analogy. There are other things we can point to in respect to color than simply what it looks like. We can measure the wavelengths of light reflecting off the surface, we can measure differences in temperature caused by the various heat absorption rates of different colors, etc. There is nothing measurable by way of evidence for god.
