Here's my summary of the OP:
Everybody hates Bob because he wears a red tie, but let's ignore the red tie and blame the hatred for Bob on the fact that he wears gold toed socks. As an added bonus this makes more sense if we accept the fact that all Americans have a sock fetish and loathe gold toed socks; therefore, Bob is stigmatized because he wears gold toed socks and not his red tie.

I believe this to be Aractus' attempt to display his anti-Americanism while deflecting the obvious similarities between his own country's immigration policy and that promised by Donald Trump.
