Is God Perfact? How?

That's certainly one way of looking at the adam and eve story. and yes, the stories were written a long time ago, and it's hard to know what we're supposed to interpret from it. Hence why it really isn't an effective source of truth.

I would want to have a child, because I am lacking in something. Because I am incomplete without social interaction. a perfect being wouldn't need that.

You would act in that way because as you say you lack in something.
Other people would act in the same way for other reasons such as feeling alone.
Feeling alone doesn't necessary mean to be imperfect.

He cannot create another god, and he can't be satisfied with someone who isn't perfect like him. so you'd think he'd abstain from creating anyone.

You came to these conclusions.
How do you know that he ............can't be satisfied with someone who isn't perfect like him.....?
According to yoga all this doesn't make  any sense.
His satisfaction just come from turning his consciousness power in something small (matter) and see that small become big again (matter into vegetation, animal life, human life and back to him so this is all about satisfaction.
Similar satisfaction that you would feel in giving birth to your kids, growing them up and see them become fathers like you.  

The bible is all about how he's never really satisfied with anyone, unless they're doing exactly what he wants them to do. As soon as you go off the rails a little bit, you're somehow broken and evil. And yes, feeling loneliness means imperfection. You find something lacking within you that requires you to seek something else to fill the void. That's what loneliness is.
