I've given up my weekend treat of KFC for a couple of weeks and gave up caffine altogether which was way easier than I thought it would be actually.
But I have to say even though I've been going crazy at the gym my goals are pretty shallow, I just want to look slightly more toned to be ready for summer. My body is pretty stubborn when it comes to weight and being toned anyway. I always tend to look more toned and fit than the average man but not really in the realm of getting girls gasping when I take my top off.
I think the thread's an amazing idea but all I really have for my goals is to visit the gym at least three times a week and to stay off the caffine and KFC. Although I imagine I'll be eating some kind of bad food this weekend because I'm supposed to be taking someone out to go see a film and get some food and I won't be eating salad.
Well, feel free to keep yourself accountable to those goals with us come April.
