Thank you for providing this invaluable information which, I am sure, would be helpful for those who are incapable to differentiate between the word PURE used in general everyday language for Pure Drinking Water and the word PURE used in the laboratory environment for Pure Distilled Water.

You did not say "pure drinking water" you said "pure water".

As with anything the unadulterated version is bad. Look at pure "blood lines" a sure way to get defects in the genes.
The more groups screw around with each other the better.

Breathing pure oxygen will kill you eventually.

To be healthy in everything you need to have a bit of other stuff in there.
