"Cultural Appropriation"

Cultural appropriation does make things better sometimes though, led zeppelin took all the songs they stole to a better level than what they were.

Adding insult to injury, in that what is appropriated does then become a part of the aggressor culture.  The victims of this little escapade get to watch it happen.  The inexorable grinding of gears strikes again.   

The problem is that fucking millenial kids seem to do nothing but look for things they've lost (read: not been given served to them on a silver platter). They sit around crying with each other over their $10 Starbucks about how their cultural symbols are being robbed by their oppressors-- other students, for example, or the University that won't make every fucking rule a recognition that the world revolves around them because they are such special snowflakes.

We all know this example I'm sure, but I might as well post it. Is there anyone here who thinks the girl was right to confront the boy in the first place?
