pool, at best you have an argument for how we describe the action of cutting a cake in terms of numbers, but not the math itself.
Dividing by zero is undefined but the limit of 1/x as x approaches zero is infinity. This is why what you are describing is nonsensical. In reality, when we say we divide something x times, we would describe how many pieces we then have with 1/(x+1). So if we cut a cake 1 time, we would wind up with each piece being 1/(1+1) or 1/2 of the cake. If we cut a cake zero times, we would end up with each piece being 1/(0+1) or 1 cake.
Dividing something x times is not the same as dividing by x.

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great
