Well sure, a good God can exist if "good" can include a god that allows rape, bestiality, torture, murder, starving children and child molestation to go on in the world. You can call a God that would allow that "good" if you like but you may as well call a shovel a "fork", a donkey a "spade" and a Muslim "someone who rejects Islam and doesn't believe in Allah at all." while you're at it.
These words already have meanings. And merely defining the word "good" in such a way that it includes allowing the most horrific things.... well that's, that's just.... that's just the same old utterly pathetic mental gymnastics that theists always do.
