I also have Peruvian, German, Swedish and Egyptian friends all fiercely supporting their own teams, so it's been a riot so far. I'm a Messi fan, so I support Argentina purely for Messi, not because I actually like the Argentina team. It's trash.
ARGCRO was crushing for me, being a huge MS10 fan and all, but I'm glad Nigeria beat Iceland, even if I love the Icelandic spirit. Now at least Arg have a good chance, even if I don't see how the team that showed up against Croatia can possibly beat Nigeria.
Croatia has been performing really well, Rakitic and Modric have been amazing. Definitely also rooting for them.
Which teams do you support?
For me, it's Arg (purely for Messi), Spain, Brazil, Croatia, Iceland, Russia, Uruguay, Germany, and Mexico. Probably in that order.
Hello DodosAreDead, it's nice to see you back and great that you are also a soccer fan .. I, of course, support my team Poland .. although so far it's hard them to play... meh ... But I also support Portugal, Croatia, Iceland, Mexico, maybe Nigeria and Switzerland. Although I really like South American football but this time Argentina gave me a little disappointment especially Messi ..
