I really don't see how this can make any sense, because these same people (most probably including yourself) believe that Moses wrote first five books of the Bible (Pentateuch) and yet they are one contradiction after another. Meaning they believe that only one guy wrote first five books and yet it's filled with misinformation.
Starting at the very beginning like in Genesis 1.11 he claims plants were created before humans, but in Genesis 2.5 after; then in Genesis 2.7, & 19 humans were created before animals and then in Genesis 1.25-27 after the animals; then in Genesis 1.27 he claims Eve was created at same time as Adam but in Genesis 2.20-22 she was created after Adam and the animals and so on.

But let's concentrate on Moses own bio. If he wrote it, as you probably believe, he also didn't know stuff about himself since, for instance, in Exodus 3.1; 4.18 he claims that Jethro is his father in law but in Numbers 10.29 he claims it's Hobab and in Exodus 2.18 his father in law is Reuel.
Or where did he get water from a rock? In Exodus 17.1 he claims it was in Wilderness of Sin in Rephidim, but in Numbers 20.1 it was in the desert of Zin in Kadesh.
Or how did he get water out of the rock? In Exodus 17.6 he says it was by smiting it, but in Numbers 20.8 it was by talking to it.
Or who wrote the (second set of) ten commandments? In Exodus 34.27 he claims it was he himslef while in Exodus 34.1 it was God.
And he even doesn't remember who made the ark of covenant because in Deuteronomy 10.1-3 he claims he himself made it, but in Exodus 37.1 he says it was Betaleel.

And so on.
