Wrong, again. When rulers force something on people they do it to control them and therefore they won't force atheism because atheism is the truth and you can't control people with truth.
Countries you named its rulers forced cult on personality on them. These people really worshiped rulers as gods with supernatural powers. For instance in USSR during Stalin lots of Russians were literally afraid to have thoughts against him because they thought he could read their minds. And Stalin used elements from Christianity to make himself godlike since he also trained as a priest.
Like China and Mao Zedong
few years ago China’s president had to say in public that people should stop worshiping Mao as a god. These are his own words: "Revolutionary leaders are not gods, but human beings. [We] cannot worship them like gods or refuse to allow people to point out and correct their errors just because they are great."

You're delusional. Atheism is an opinion. That's it. Nothing more than what the atheist enthusiasts do with their opinion. Go be an atheist in your home, go have churches like the theists do, or whatever. But we don't need your nonsense forced on people anymore than anybody else's nonsense. Be a friendly atheist, be an atheist who makes moral decisions, be an atheists who helps people, but don't be some nutjob atheist raging at the rest of the world who thinks differently or try to force anybody to join your cause against their will. That's what happens when it gets injected into society.
