The fact that your "god" only appears in one particular place on the planet is exactly what we would expect to find in the case of a made-up deity. He is only found in one culture. If your deity were real we would expect him to appear all over the world, to people of various cultures. But we don't find this at all. Why would he only want to give his word to one small segment of the Earth's population? It makes no sense. Your deity is in the same boat as Oden, Ra, Zeus and Apollo. They are all deities manufactured by different cultures around the world.
