I think that "climate denial" means "The data showing that the Earth has warmed significantly in the last century has been faked." or "The climate scientists know it's the sun getting brighter causing global warming, but are hiding that.". I said nothing like that in the video.

Glossing over or ignoring major potential impacts could come off that way to your intended audience.
I can easily see how some viewers might walk away with that perception. That's all I'm saying.

The drastic changes in cooling patterns brought about by impacted currents would be observed rather quickly, but I don't see how or why that would resolve the issue of climate change or eliminate the environmental threat imposed by rising sea levels and changes in oceanic chemistry--which presumably goes much further than "a slight decrease in salinity". Permafrost thaws as glacier ice melts, which potentially stands to emit a significant amount of carbon dioxide and methane into the atmosphere and release previously dormant bacteria and viruses into the Earth's oceans, as well as a variety of other toxins.
