I only just started again in the last few months.
I'm benching about 80 kg, I used to do 100 kg but that was when I weighed 110kg and now I'm only 85kg.
Bicep curls are 20kg and I use the same weights for shoulders and lunges.
I really enjoy push ups so I do about 5 or 6 rounds of 10 reps a day.
I like to make 1 or 2 of those rounds super slow so it burns.
I do pullups for fun too, so I just do them where I can and I don't count.
I walk 80-100 kms a week in my job over about 10-15 hrs.
And all of this has become so much easier since I gave up smokes 40 something days ago.
Something else, the more I workout, the less chance I have of hurting my back at work, because the spine is more protected by the extra muscle.
