Hey Sal, good to see you (and everyone!)
Well, like everyone it’s been a strange time. Economy seems to be going to the wall, people losing their jobs, being holed up inside for 6 months has been shit.
But many have it worse I guess. What about you?
I'm good. We're down to less than 0.1% infections (11 active infections outta 53k as of this post) of COVID-19, but I'm worried about the apathy here. So far quarantines, contact tracing, etc. is sorta working, but there have been a few cases of outbreaks.
Just last Sunday evening, 6 days ago, someone went to a nightclub where some 500 people gathered (250 inside, 250 outside) who had just come home from abroad. He had been tested and received a negative result, but on the 6th day the test came back positive, in that meantime he had been out and about, also in this nightclub. This was today. Now, a shitton of people are getting tested, and I have no doubt there, yet again, will be another spike in COVID-19 infections. I don't think it's necessary to repeat the health guidelines, right?
