Do you come up with a title and then write a story to fit it, or write the story first and then come up with an appropriate title?

Personally, I rarely have a working title when I begin writing. Like the novel I'm working on now, no idea what the title will be.
Cool beans. I know of writers who take both approaches. In fact, Poe was criticized for writing his stories to fit titles he already came up with.
