Uncertain management is for me, but if I ever see an opportunity I might look into it. One of the main concerns is that those in management never help out on the floor, and it would never be an issue for me. I guess they fall into the trap of thinking they're above the labor, much like nurses who won't answer call lights or even get a cup of water for a resident.
