Putting aside the unlikelihood of something like that happening, I will try to answer your question.
I would see god as a child who has created a small world in the sand. He has placed people, trucks, buildings, etc. in his little world, but now he is bored with it. Once boredom sets in, he starts fucking with his creation. He pours water on some parts, making them collapse and the little people within float along. He kicks parts of it over, burying his people, buildings, etc. in the rubble. He makes them fight each other for his amusement, all the while causing more death and destruction. I would assume that, in the end, when this world had served its purpose, he would destroy it. Now, that would be strictly from my observation of the world based on that presumed hypothetical knowledge. In actuality, I believe these things happen for very different reasons from what I said above. Furthermore, the "toys" that this hypothetical god that I am given knowledge of are far more complex than my above description. There are also far more evils created by the petulant child god I envision. He gives us heartache, disease and mental dysfunction on a personal level. He gives us virulent viruses, war, famine, hatred, etc. on a widespread level. Therefore, if I discovered such a god existed, I would hate him in lieu of men like Hitler, Joseph Kony and all of my exes
because it really wouldn't be their fault would it?
ETA: I am aware that we also have good things in this world, but when was the last time a good thing came easily? You can get killed, dismembered, sick or heartbroken without really doing much of anything, but just waiting for the hits to come. You have to work hard for happiness, success, etc. Well, at least, someone has to work hard, be it you or a benefactor.
