No, Minimalist, the quote you've posted is a cosmological argument, which he has stated is not, in fact, his position. That particular piece of wisdom is just something that fell out of his mouth, not his position.

I said I was not making a cosmological argument in another thread, not that it is a bad argument. I agree with what scripture says about natural revelation.
