Or rather apologetics.com... sometimes I get confused. It's so easy with these fools.

Check out their dismissal of the miracles of Apollonius of Tyana.

Quote:First of all, the accounts of Apollonius were written well after he is supposed to have lived by a man named Philostratus (170 - 245 A.D.). This is long after the New Testament was written. Therefore the written accounts of Apollonius were not written by eyewitnesses as were the gospels.

Since we know the gospels were not written by eye-witnesses ( nor, do they even make such a claim!) the tales of Apollonius are slightly superior in that we do know the name of Philostratus...unlike the totally unknown authors of said books of bullshit...a/k/a "the gospels."

Interestingly, a huge proportion of FSTDT submissions come from Carm.org. It's easy to see why.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
