First of all, the accounts of Apollonius were written well after he is supposed to have lived by a man named Philostratus (170 - 245 A.D.). This is long after the New Testament was written. Therefore the written accounts of Apollonius were not written by eyewitnesses as were the gospels.

Since we know the gospels were not written by eye-witnesses ( nor, do they even make such a claim!) the tales of Apollonius are slightly superior in that we do know the name of Philostratus...unlike the totally unknown authors of said books of bullshit...a/k/a "the gospels."

We do have some writings from Apollonius of Tyana, where o where are the writings from the Jewish zombie?
