I used to believe in Santa Claus but now I don't. But I don't hate Santa or Christmas.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity. Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist. You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them. I hate religion because of the bigotry, condemnation, and self-righteousness of it all.

I found out the truth about santa at the age of 7. Didn't heart knowing the truth....Since I already had doubts.
I guess once your lied to the first time, you become more skeptical about another claim. Santa, the fat bastard that you never see, God, another big bastard also something you don't see. (You fooled me once but you won't fool me again!....Opps actually I was fooled again by the tooth fairy, and the easter bunny....ok you fooled me 3 times but you won't fool me again!)
