Make sure you select the task killer to be one of the exceptions or it will kill itself and not do you much good. Seriously. It does that.

I use ad blockers and rarely see ads on my phone. I understand that task killers are unnecesssary - the o/s manages those by itself. If I get battery drain the app will go.

There are a few firewall products out there that still use a network connection to check whether their license info is correct. So all you have to do is enter a phoney license, and then make the product block itself from checking the license server.
