Lobyists + Credit Cards
In a world where democracy reigns supreme to any form of government we know, the true people behind the curtains are the ones who control banks, corporations, oil companies, and the weapons industries.

# of Lobysists + Money spent

It seems as if though issues are not the needs of the people anymore.

The issues are the wants of CEO's and VP's who want to increase their quarterly profit.

Speaking of profit....

Maxed Out

My consumer education teacher in school had the wisdom to show us this. Never before has a teacher actually showed any of my classes something that actually effects us. Real eye opener here guys. I really recommend you watch it.

There is no such thing as a Christian child: only a child of Christian parents.

I am against religion because it teaches us to be satisfied with not understanding the world.

The trouble with this truth is no one is doing anything about it.

Frightening indeed.
"Religion is comparable to Childhood neurosis" Sigmond Freud

"If one wishes to form a true estimate of the full grandeur of religion, one must keep in mind what it undertakes to do for men. It gives them information about the source and origin of the universe, it assures them of protection and final happiness amid the changing vicissitudes of life, and it guides their thoughts and motions by means of precepts which are backed by the whole force of its authority."

SIGMUND FREUD, New Introductory Lectures on Psychoanalysis

"Religion is an illusion and it derives its strength from the fact that it falls in with our instinctual desires."

SIGMUND FREUD, New Introductory Lectures on Psychoanalysis

"Frisbeetarianism is the belief that when you die, your soul goes up on the roof and gets stuck." George Carlin

"The Bible and the Church have been the greatest stumbling blocks in the way of women's emancipation." Elizabeth Cady Stanton - American Suffragist (1815-1902)

"Who loves kitty" Robin Williams live on Broadway DVD

"You cannot petition the lord with prayer" Jim Morrison The Soft Parade.

I would very much like to think that people are doing things about it...
I've come to accept the inevitability of me spending a large portion of my life being a political activist. Publicly. I'm only 18 and instead of dreaming about having sex with girls and partying, i'm dreaming about protesting for what's right and making an impact on other people's lives.

I do a little activism. Remember the occupy Wall St (I'm in NY so) If I still have that info maybe put you in touch.

There are other organizations as well as 'the occupy..'

I'll get it together for you. Yes, petitions, protest *not a usual now* are main means to protest. Attend 'house parties' each organization does that sometimes. Wait for the PM

For people sick of me inserting "fatality" pictures when someones made a good point in a heated debate, note how this is a friendly discussion with a positive outcome:
