Congratulations .. whatever your reasons. There are lots of reasons to be in a relationship, aren't there? "Love" is too vague to cover them all. There is companionship, sexual satisfaction and affection, but probably just as important is getting together with someone whose need for solitude nearly enough matches your own. I think there are innumerable acceptable matches for each person out there and each one will bring out or accentuate different parts of you. So if you don't like how you are with one person, they may not be the one.
But you've been around the block. You know this shit. Go on enjoying the hell out of each other along with the protections and rights the marital status will add.
