New MyCode
After trying, and failing to find a MyCode tag to play sounds I have come up with one myself.

It works like this..

Code:
[sound]http://www.somedomain.com/somefile.mp3[/sound]

Now, I know you can use the url tag to do this but it sends you away from the page and I think this is far more elegant.

I've tested it on Opera, IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox and it seems, so far to work ok.

Took me about an hour trying to figure out how to get the autostart=false to work across all the different browsers but I think I've cracked it.

Here is an example... Simply click play (Possibly twice)

If you encounter an problems (and I'm sure you will) please let me know so I can fiddle with it..

RE: New MyCode
I noticed in the logs that you had created the google code. Once I realised it was possible to create your own tags there was no stopping me Big Grin

As Stephen Fry said on QI, I'll press my nose into anything....
