Ugh, I don't think I'd stand to lose much if my AF account was hacked, not going to lie. Furthermore, 12 seems excessive, can't we just have a mandatory password change that promotes people using obscure things? Then those who don't listen can't complain about being hacked...

SO much hate over a password change. Get over it. The forum could have been hacked and defaced and what not.

I wouldnt thank the admins for this as they should have secure measures in place anyways so its rude of them to point the finger at us if you ask me.

But yes no need to be rude back to them as they run this forum

I agree with you Liam.

If suddenly you see me write "Jesus is my saviour" you'll know my account has been hacked. And that's about the worst thing that could come of it.

I gave examples of passphrases. They're not too hard to use. Hell, even a bible quote would work.

I'd rather use a line from a cookbook if I was that uncreative.
