What does it do? What is it's purpose?

Officially I am of the opinion that threads over a year old with noo activity should be "Read only" and "Closed"

Its main purpose is to take those lovely reports that you guys make about rule-breaking posts and turn them into threads for the staff to discuss.

Over at FTF we have a similar bot, though he has a much more imaginative name.
