I'm not going to make the observation about what your other hand was doing while you were typing this fantasy, I shall merely leave that hanging. As indeed you probably did (sorry, I know what I said but I just couldn't resist). I simply wanted to point out that I for one am under no obligations to any figments of your febrile imagination. If any part of what you wrote there feeds into your delusions of superiority, makes you feel special beyond the more prosaic and apposite use of the term, then by all means fill your boots. Whatever turns you on and doesn't frighten the horses, as they say. All I request is that you leave me out of it.
