I guess he either has or hasn't used his omnipotence to make a choice to be permanently omnipotent.

But if he chooses to be permanently omnipotent, then he can't change his mind... so that makes him not omnipotent.

We have a long list of functional mistakes that impeach that appraisal as well..hehehe. We think that rocks are solid, for example, even though they are mostly empty...but it was still a good idea not to beat our heads against them.
