Is there a way to allow us to chat with people who are shown as on-line and add others from the on-line list as necessary?

It would be cool if the starting chatter would be able to kick or invite whomever they choose.

"My Awards" is pretty cool IMO...gives users something to strive for in addition to the informative discussions. Perhaps "Youtube Mycode" would be a helpful add-on too for those of us who want to share the awesome Youtube video or two.
