Scuba Diving?

Scuba Diving?
Anyone know what a BCD is and why it might need servicing? It looks like a safety jacket so my assumption is it would be some kind of buoyancy related device.

I'm interested in scuba (done a 1 day course in Portugal) and I am interested in taking it up ... someone is offering one of these on my local FreeCycle group.

RE: Scuba Diving?
A scubadiving friend of mine just texted me back and says its a Buoyancy compensator or Buoyancy controlling device. It helps you to reach a neutral buoyancy when you're underwater.
