I ask that because my french translation say : "Si vous avez des doutes à propos (de la période d’attente) de vos femmes qui n’espèrent plus avoir de règles, leur délai est de trois mois. De même pour celles qui n’ont pas encore de règles..."
that i could translate by : those who have not menstruated yet...
For me, that's a very young girl
Response: I don't really know what you are asking, but I think I do so I'll give you this answer.
In islam, it is permitted to marry, meaning to write a marriage contract even with a child who has not menstruated yet, or is prepubescent. However, it is not permitted to have any sexual relation or even live with them. When they reach maturity and puberty, they can consent to the marriage, or refuse it.
So concerning the verse, the verse says that the waiting period of getting together after divorce is the same period as the time of menstruating. Since prepubesents do not menstruate, then the waiting period is three months.
Hope that answers your question.
Ok so in this case, we are talking divorce and the waiting period... I just wonder why waiting to divorce to a girl that does not have menstruations yet, considering that she will not be pregnant (because ou said it's not permitted to have sexual intercourse)

Response: The waiting period is not based solely on pregnancy or sexual reasons. It's preferred that a person should take their time before proceeding into another marriage due to emotional ties as well. One needs to be over the past relationship before they move on, which takes time to do. So on islam, the period remains the same, regardless of menstruation.

Now you are right when you say that xtians who commit awful crimes do not reflect on all xtians....but normally they don't stand there and say they did it because jesus said they should. In fact, usually xtians pretend to confess and pappy jesus forgives them. A major problem with xtianity but not the issue here.

Quote:Response: And yet you still haven't answered the question even now as to what harm there is. So it's clear that you are full of it, and tried a failed attempt to malign islam, only to have your own perverted ideology exposed. Keep up the good work.
you never asked me the question in the first place,
i said i think having sex with 9 year olds is wrong either way if you think they are mature or not, you said you think having sex with 9 year olds is fine if you think they are mature. Then you made some slanderous shameful claims about me promoting rape and molestation.
You believe stupid claims you yourself make up in your demented brain but when it comes to modern day scientific theories about evolution which have been peer reviewed you dont believe them. I just get the feeling im arguing with somone whos 12 years old here, you keep repeating childish responses.
I highly recomend you go out into a public area in the uk somewhere and try and argue that sex with mature 9 year olds is fine and that the theory of evolution is wrong, after people have finished laughing at you for being a nutjob you will probably get punched in the face for talking like a peadophile.
By the way at the this point i dont even see this as an argument of atheism vs islam its more of an argument of logic vs your stupid slanderous claims and insulting arrogant attitude. Im sure anyone of any religion reading this thread would have come to the conclusion by now that youre a clown not even worthy to debate with.
Oh and to answer your question that you have only just asked me now even if it is being asked in a retarded way, i dont consider any 9 year old mature enough to have sex with thats why i think its wrong.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Mcrubbish , if something is written down in a wiki, it doesn't mean it's right. You are not thinking ; but just like any other extremist, you, Mcrubbish, prefer to answer me with somebody else's pov.
Thus ; discussion with you is an infinite loop, which is bad for health, mind & intelligence (it would decrease).
Unless you change the discussion by bringing an evidence from the quran (valid one ; please ) that encourages those acts, I would not continue this infinite nonsense.
1)Bring me an evidence that god told muslims in the quran to marry little children & beat them to death.
2)keep searching.

Response: You sound stupid. Neither of them are words because they both are transliterations. That's why neither word exist in any dictionary on the planet. So there is no right or wrong word because a transliteration is not a real word. Dummy. And that still doesn't expalin how you couldn't decipher "Da'wa" from "Dawah", when they are pronounced the same. That's like saying it's not "John" it's "Jon". You've been exposed of you boastful implication of knowing arabic. Stop embarrassing yourself.
