Just to be clear... A human is simply a living body, a genetic structure that was the result of a fertilized human egg, and may or may not be something more. Something with any number of cells. Because then it would make sense that you are calling a living thing gestating within a human body as a human being. Is that your position?

Seriously though, have I not been clear? Is "zygote/fetus = human (individual)" ambiguous in some way that I'm not aware of? What am I missing here?
... Cells are a religious thing? Damn my Catholic school for teaching us about them in biology!!!!
